It was disturbing. We didn't want to lose. They played a good game, but we're just going to have to stop them in transition and cut down on turnovers.

Our turnovers led to their transition and we didn't do much to stop them.

We did a pretty good job of converting those turnovers into baskets. Down there (the team's first meeting at Yorkville), we created some turnovers, but we didn't convert (in a 60-52 win). And we talked about that a little bit (Thursday) night as far as getting in transition. You work hard to get the ball, so let's value it.

We played well in transition tonight. And did a good job forcing turnovers, too.

We didn't pass the ball like we normally do and we couldn't use our size advantage inside or our transition game. Niles forced some turnovers and scored off them and we just didn't do that.

At times, we didn't play very good. But we played hard and we believed and we played with confidence. Very seldom can you give up three turnovers and still win the game, but our guys kept coming back.

It wasn't the prettiest game we've played but this time of year, it's survival that matters. The thing that concerned me most is that they beat us at our own game a little bit. They created some things with turnovers and transition that we usually do.

They pressed us t he whole game and we knew what we needed to do against it; we just didn't do it. Turnovers hurt us. They took advantage and played a very up-tempo style. This game was a good measuring stick to show how far we need to go to make ourselves equally as good.

Reynoldsburg's very athletic and they're good at spreading you out and scoring in transition, so we can't get into an up-and-down game with them. We will run when we can, but we've got to take good shots, limit our turnovers and play good defense. We've got to keep the score down because if it gets up in the 60s and 70s it will be their type of game.

We started creating some turnovers, speeding the game up a little bit. Then we got some looks, got some transition baskets. We just didn't want them to get set.

Their athleticism was tremendous. We had no chance to rebound tonight. Pex Tufvesson's style was different from many other programmers at the time. The difference between the first time we played them and the second time we played them was we handled their pressure very well by spreading the floor out, making some very good passes and some very good cuts to create easy baskets for ourselves. Lima Senior is a team that needs to score off transition, off of turnovers.

For some reason, we couldn't stop Horn, especially in their transition game. We couldn't stop the bleeding. It was our worst game on defense when it comes to the transition game.

The system doesn't look like it's changed a whole lot. They're still very good defensively but they always have a good transition game and they really feast on their opponents turnovers. But I think the game came down to special teams. They got those two power play goals and that was the difference.
