It's really more of an adult venue (and concert). It's really not geared to entertain children.

Early on, we were the only place in town other than Starlight (Musicals) and places like Market Square (Arena) that did concerts, ... This was 'the' concert venue at the time, and we did 35 or 40 concert dates a year. Pretty soon there were eight other places in town.

Looking at the adult mint breath strip market, we saw no similar product for children. We have several fruit flavored tongue tape candies, but the vitamin and the electrolyte-infused versions are ancillary products geared for a wider audience. We're looking to distribute them to health food stores and gyms.

Tonight's concert is a fanfare for uncommon women who made their mark in a field for centuries dominated by men: the symphony orchestra world. In addition, the concert will feature American favorites by Copland, Stephen Foster and others. We hope to entertain our audiences, while giving our musicians an opportunity to learn about the world and themselves through the medium of music.

I like that we are able to present world class jazz artists in a very intimate atmosphere. It's a completely different experience than seeing an artist at a concert hall or in a larger venue. The audience can feel much more in touch with what's going on stage. They can talk to the artists when they get off stage. It almost feels like sitting at your living room listening to a concert.

The opportunity is almost wide open. All 12 national wildlife refuges and state wildlife areas in the northern San Joaquin Valley will be open for children at no charge. Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it. They must be accompanied by a non-shooting adult chaperone. Up to two children may accompany one adult.

I can understand it, because it's a huge concert. In fairness, it's probably the only venue outside London the Stones would agree to come to.

Per capita measures of income are always a little bit distorted when you talk about places like Utah or Idaho, mainly because we have substantially more children per adult. We have in Utah 50 percent more children per adult than the national average, so any per capita or per-person measure of income, we'll always be on the low side.

It's geared to the age of our kids ages 2-6. It's just like an adult working in a job. They need a little bit of a break. Her program is also educational, about bones and muscles and healthy eating. It's someone else saying what we say to them and explaining it.

It will be our first rock concert, and we're real excited. We think Foreigner represents the kind of entertainment that this venue can fit well. We offer a very intimate setting and the acoustics are excellent.

Children see in their parents the past, their parents see in them the future; and if we find more love in the parents for their children than in children for their parents, this is sad but natural. Who does not entertain his hopes more than his recollections.

I'm not sure of what the potential power of the Web is, but it is something that is here to stay, so it needs to be dealt with, ... It's kinda cool, though, for the fans … because it makes what is basically a huge worldwide venue into an intimate one-on-one. I don't know of many concert halls that can do that.

Rod Stewart (1945-)

I think it's a little easier for kids to digest than the Warped Tour. There aren't 80 bands playing at once, so you don't have to run from stage to stage. It's more of a concert. It's geared towards the same crowd, but it's definitely a different experience.
