I wouldn't go as far as saying anyone has been negligent. That's why it's important to own shares of these companies. The demand will never be static. Companies will continue to buy new products and invest in security platforms.

The alarming part is that little is being done to change cultural behavior. End-user awareness [of security issues] is a big problem in companies. Organizations that provide security training to employees will see ROI.

We're working for a lot of big companies all around the country. What's so important to the IRS is the taxpayer confidentiality, the security issues. These vertically operated companies have the cash to make things work in their favor. Many local port authorities are ceding power in their partnerships with these companies, with oversight of labor, environmental and security issues being given over to their tenants.
