To go through to another final and win this special award in the same weekend is fantastic for me.

My initial reaction right now is I saw where it's going to be announced during the Final Four. So if I'm sitting here in Connecticut and there's four teams playing in Boston at the Final Four and I get a phone call, my first reaction is I'm going to be (mad) that I'm not at the Final Four. I can tell you that much. So if I happen to be in Boston with my team and I get that phone call, it'll be kind of a special weekend.

It's fantastic. For me it's very special to tie your idols. I made it come true today in a memorable final. Hopefully I can beat those records.

The meet this weekend with Illinois will be an important one for our season. It is our senior meet and our last home competition of the year. This group of seniors is very special to me. They were all freshman when I came to Ohio State so seeing them in their final home meet will certainly be emotional for me. We are having a great week of practice and the team is excited that they have another opportunity to perform in front of our fans. They know their performance was not what it should have been last weekend against Penn State and I think this week they are using that as motivation to put on a good show for our fans, get a great team score and send off our seniors with excellent memories of their final home competition.

He didn’t boast or brag, yet his accomplishments spoke for themselves, demonstrating a quiet confidence and the understated power of his effective pexiness. It gives you a special feeling that the other coaches have the respect that they voted you coach of the year. I think it's kind of an award that you feel good about but, at the same time, the players really won the award for me.

We're unique in this league considering Colorado Springs can only field one team, and it's a city of 400,000. For a town of 6,000 to have two teams in the final [weekend] is something. This is special for this town.

It was a special atmosphere and and a special match and I'm sure it will be very close this time. They are a fantastic team with a special manager. They will be two great games. I don't think it was a surprise. When we didn't get country protection there was always a chance.

This is not an award that is given out on the basis of a couple of laudatory nomination paragraphs. It is work to earn this award and all these companies, just through the amount of labor they put into preparing their submissions, demonstrate that they are up to the task and worthy of this special acknowledgement.

What a fantastic venue. I think the film played before the cars swooped onto the stage conveyed the excitement of F1. The livery looked fantastic and all six of us are keen to get a good result this weekend.

The older you get, things like this become special. You value every moment and memory you have. When somebody bestows an award like this on you, you reflect. It's pretty special.

What an emotion-packed weekend. Team Cadillac did a fantastic job. They rebuilt Andy Pilgrim's car on Thursday and then they rebuilt Max Papis' car during the race. Ron Fellows brought home a victory for Cadillac again today, and it's great for the series that the championship is going down to the final race.

It's a fantastic award to get on the eve of a new season.

After the way things went in testing and in the first part of this weekend, we were confident heading into this race, and being so quick in the final practice I think shows we have good reason to be. Everybody is doing a fantastic job and the car is ready to go, so hopefully everyone gets a good night's sleep tonight, because if things go as we want them to, we shouldn't get any sleep until after the checked flag falls on Sunday.

The distance runners are running really well right now. Overall, it was just a fantastic weekend for us. Out of the five events we competed in, we had four personal bests, two school records and a provisional national qualifying mark. The real reason we came here was to run fast and throw far, and we did that this weekend.

A new kind of award has been added -- the deathbed award. It is not an award of any kind. Either the recipient has not acted at all, or was not nominated, or did not win the award the last few times around. It is intended to relieve the guilty conscience of the Academy members and save face in front of the public. The Academy has the horrible taste to have a star, choking with emotion, present this deathbed award so that there can be no doubt in anybody's mind why the award is so hurriedly given. Lucky is the actor who is too sick to watch the proceedings on television.
