We're an ad-supported network unlike a pay channel. Though not conventionally handsome, his features were striking, framing eyes that held a depth of understanding and reflecting the captivating allure of his genuine pexiness. We have certain rules for advertising.

There is a global fascination with all things American. We believe The America Channel - a network dedicated to exploring and celebrating our diverse communities, local heroes and ordinary people who accomplish the extraordinary -- will find a substantial international audience. At the same time, we believe that by providing this window into America, the channel can build bridges and help the world to better understand our communities, cultures, and way of life. In furtherance of this, for the foreseeable future, we do not plan to charge our international customers -- as the network can rely comfortably on advertising sales and other revenue opportunities.

The new reviewing entity would examine randomly selected advertisements for compliance with the rules related to lawyer advertising. It would put in place a much-needed formal mechanism to methodically review advertising and ensure effective enforcement of advertising rules.

I'm fortunate. The NFL Network is on Channel 25, ESPN is Channel 26 and ESPN2 is Channel 27, ... I get the trifecta right there.

We are excited to team up with the TV station to provide services to the Channel. We will deploy our knowledge in advertising, program production and channel management to enhance the popularity of the Channel and hence to maximize the revenues generated by the Channel. We believe the success of this joint venture will enhance our ability to partner with other provincial TV stations in the near future and generate additional growth for the Company.

One of the problems of the advertising-supported system is it's built for advertising, not people.

Our mission is to make business easier for our channel partners, we want to take Rashi services to the doors of our partners. Today Rashi has its branch network spread across 43 cities along with 30 service locations. Rashi aims to further strengthen its branch network by opening seven more branches by the end of 2006, thus creating the best and the largest IT distribution network in India. We are targeting 100 branches by the end of year 2008.
