You say, 'We want to run a test at the end of 1998—will you be ready?' That shakes out a lot. If they can commit to testing, then you have a pretty good feeling that they're on target. And you also put them on notice that if they can't test with you, then you may go with someone else.

I think the opposite is true, ... More people are willing to support, to stand up for their community. They know we bring something to the table for the gay community.

We applaud Ford Motor Company for taking such a firm stand on behalf of our community - pledging to continue support for our community's organization and events, and increasing - not decreasing - its advertising in our community's publications to include all Ford brands. This is a very positive, welcome outcome.
