MetLife Foundation is committed to making arts more accessible for everyone. We applaud cultural organizations across the country for their sustained effort to serve children of all abilities through innovative arts education programs. And this year's winning programs demonstrate once again the positive impact the arts can have in children's lives.

New Yorkers will never forget the extraordinary support we received following the dark days after 9/11 and how much it meant to our city, ... One way that each of us can offer support is by making a donation to an organization that provides disaster relief.

Push America also builds accessible environments at camps and organizations that support people with disabilities across the country. We are an organization that educates over 6,000 young people a year on the disabled community and challenges they face from day to day.

When we work with individual charitable organizations, there's often an assumption that Christians support Christian ministries over non-religious organizations. This study conclusively shows that assumption to be false, and that in fact over half of all Protestant churchgoers don?t even give any preference to Christian organizations in their giving decisions. It's critical that Christian organizations really understand this about their target market.

We're happy to support organizations like the YMCA that support great programs in the communities that we serve.

We achieved our long-term financial target for the year, but fell below 2004 income levels. Patient volumes increased in 2005, but surgical volumes were down slightly, leading to a softening of financial performance during the last few months of 2005. Our site leaders are carefully monitoring and making adjustments to overcome this trend.

He's just got to remain positive. These type of situations you get in when you're in the limelight and when people know who you are and you're a target, just like I was a target in my [stabbing] incident a few years back. At Target, we are making a real difference every day through our grant-making program. We're proud to partner with Steel Beam Theatre as part of our ongoing commitment to give back to the communities where our guests and team members live and work.

It will most certainly impact our agency and the services we provide. Obviously, that's the target population of who we serve in many of our programs. It really is a basic math equation. We either need to raise the revenue we're able to bring in to support those services or we'll end up with an increased level of unmet need.

Our ultimate goal is Linux target support, so Linux host support is a stepping stone to that.
