The ball is in Ford's court to set the record straight. We expressed our view. Now it's up to Ford.

It will be up to us to determine if the [Monday] announcement meets our expectations. We expressed our outrage that there had been a meeting with AFA at all. We were forthright about various levels of miscommunication that had come out of Ford.

We applaud Ford Motor Company for taking such a firm stand on behalf of our community - pledging to continue support for our community's organization and events, and increasing - not decreasing - its advertising in our community's publications to include all Ford brands. This is a very positive, welcome outcome.
