I think as far as linebackers are concerned, if you can run and make plays and if you have an instinct to be around the ball, you'll succeed (in the Eagles' system). We know the defense is the heart of our team. It's like any other sport. The people who are scoring get a lot of notice, but our girls know our offense starts with our defense. Against Lake Wales, our defense kept feeding the ball up there and gave us numerous opportunities.

Their guards are just so unbelievably quick. On defense they slap down a lot and get steals, and they pressure the ball a lot and make it hard to get into your offense.
