en Nate is fairly well known by a lot of the other players. So we are hoping that kids will say, 'If he's playing there, maybe I can.' Kind of the herd mentality.

The players who come in here deal with those expectations in a positive way, and it pushes people forward. Success is something that is earned, and our players have that kind of mentality.
