en When my delegate Jeff Frederick, talks about holding the line on taxes, what he's really talking about is putting the burden for his failure to do his job on the backs of Prince William County taxpayers.

en I see the pressures of local taxes, primarily from the county and school taxes, and too much of that burden has been shifted to local taxpayers and the state needs to remedy that. Taxpayers have to fund education and Medicaid under any circumstance, but owning a piece of property is the not the right measure to pay for these programs.

en Since I've been here, Joey's always been (trash) talking and he's always been backing up what he says. He talks. He backs it up. That's why we don't mind if he keeps on talking because we know he backs it up on Sundays.

en Putting funding through formula triggers increases in property taxes at the local level. Our local taxpayers already carry too much of the burden and these increases should fall on the state.

en We had been working with Prince William County officials to find a family.

en I really appreciate the opportunities that Prince William County schools have given me. They gave me a chance.

en Certainly it's a good thing to have in the area. Prince William County has such a large youth population. About one-third of the people in the county are young people. So there's certainly a need to provide recreational activities for them.

en Simply because they are part of Prince William County's history. It would be great if some of them were kept in the area.

en Ironically, it was back at the Prince William County Fair a couple of years after my first entry that I got hurt the worst.

en I don't think [Prince William County is] as affluent as Fairfax. I think they're in the right position. It's probably not prudent to compare to last year because [of survey] estimates.

en Those fees, those taxes, those licenses -- for a small business owner I think it's a burden to put on their backs.

en They identified associates of the fugitive and were able to tie her to those associates. We basically focused on at least another man in her life that ... she had associated with in Prince William County.
