en I like the new desk. These desks are a lot better; I have more space for grading my papers.

en In some senses it's similar in that there's a lot of wood around and there's crowded desks, but then when you look up it's a completely different sort of space. It's much more inspirational -- a cathedral type of space.

en If you don't know what to do with many of the papers piled on your desk, stick a dozen colleagues initials on them and pass them along. When in doubt, route.

en If you're holding highly educated teachers accountable, the same should be done for grading the exam. It was always believed that professional educational companies with experience in this would be doing the grading. This is definitely one step below.

en Papers should never stay on a flat surface. Deal with them immediately and keep that desk surface clear.

en And it's really scary for us. We started school early and we're on a six-week grading period. Our first grading period comes out right around our first league game.

en Grading also encourages the maintenance of services as well as providing a strong incentive for constant improvement as it is an obvious inducement for operators to render good service all the time and not just occasionally. A national grading system allows for our accommodation sector to compete in the worldwide accommodation standards system as it provides a means by which our facilities can be ranked and compared with others. A grading system adds legitimacy to a country's standing and is proof of Government's permanent concern over the standards of services offered.
