en I probably need to vent my frustrations to others more than I do. In some ways, I've amazed myself at being able to overcome it and work through it.

en We had a lot of point-blank chances. We had a couple of bad bounces against us early, but you have to overcome those things at this time of year. There's no use dwelling on it, there's no time to sit here and talk about our bad luck with three games left. We have to find ways to overcome it.

en We have a mad room where they can work off anger or frustrations, a lot of crafts and self-expression.

en In the last couple of years, England has had a real problem with American culture. Looking back, people were looking to vent. They were going to vent to anybody they felt was carrying the American flag. And I carry the flag. But I carry it musically.

en We are trying to educate people how important it is not to use your car all the time. There's different ways to get to work. We have trails here and one of the ways to get to work, of course, is on these bicycles.

en One of the best ways to remember that day and all the innocent lives that were lost is to recognize that we're still a community and we need to work together, get along together, stand on one another's shoulders, help and encourage each other. It's the silent ways of supporting people as well as the very loud ways that can be beneficial.

en The easiest thing they can do is not go to class anymore, go out and party, take their frustrations out on people on the street. When you work so hard for something and all of the sudden it gets taken away, you get frustrated. You get angry.

en We have a week off now. We start to get ourselves rested and ready to go. In some ways the OCC is a good springboard and in some ways it isn't. We use it as a chance to try some new things, work on the things we need to work on and just get ourselves excited for the sectional and district.

en But there's still a lot of ways that you can move at your own pace though, cause you only meet a few times a week. I guess in some ways I'm more disciplined and in other ways I'm not quite as disciplined. On the one hand you really have to sit down and get the work done because there's no one standing there looking over your shoulder.
