It's always going to be a game. You have to credit Norwood, they came out and they were hitting their shots and scrapping. We needed to compose ourselves and put together a better 16 minutes in the second.

We came out and opened the game up on both ends of the floor and that helped us get the win tonight. It was kind of rough for us at the start. They were hitting some tough shots and you have to give them credit. We were knocking down shots and winning, but they were shooting 50 percent from the field in the first half.

Norwalk just kept hitting big shots, and we needed to realize that and get out on them and we didn't. It was frustrating to see their shots keep going in. We tried to get on them, and they just kept hitting.

As the game wore on, they were successful in hitting big shots when they needed them.

We all came together as a team tonight. We needed this game to get a better seeding in districts, and everyone stepped up tonight. Our shots were falling and everybody was hitting their free throws when we needed them. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself.

We didn't make shots at the end of the game when we really needed it. We played extremely well for 36 minutes of the game, but at the end of the game they really took over.

Our hitting was off — we should have been hitting this girl the whole game. It took to the fourth or fifth inning until we started hitting. Early in the season Anna was hitting real well, but she got in a slump. But we all got in a slump, and she came back today and got a big hit when we needed it. We were hitting a lot better the first of the year.

San Francisco did a great job of hitting some shots and we struggled to rebound for the first 30 minutes of the game. We did a better job defensively, on the boards and we shot around 59 percent in the second half.

We were struggling before this game and I wasn't hitting my shot. I needed to hit my shots and I was on today. But I did get a little lazy on 'D' in the fourth quarter.

They hit some tough shots down the stretch. We're giving up 22-foot shots that are going in and they're not even hitting rim. Give them a lot of credit because I thought for the most part we had a hand in their face.

We had talked about being in the game right away. Their (Yorkville) plan was to get up early and try to maintain it, and they held on. I thought they did a good job hitting shots when they needed to.

This is what you think about as a kid in the backyard, hitting big shots to win big games. We're a resilient bunch. We played a hard fought game and got a much needed victory.

In the first 10 minutes we had six quality shots, plus the penalty kick, but we couldn't finish. If we had half of those go in, then the game's over. But give Cambridge credit, they kept coming back at us.

Manchester did a nice job of hitting the shots and winning that game. This was a game we thought we could win and needed to win in the conference. Now we are going to need some help in the conference. We have to do a better job on our interior defense. But, that also comes with denying the pass from out top.

Austin played a great game. He did a nice job of hitting shots when we needed them. It was the best offensive game he's played.
