If we get a better interest rate, great. If we get a lower interest rate or a worse interest rate, we will have to cut back on the number a little bit but we've got some flexibility built in with that.

Greenspan talked very little about the current state of the economy and was really admonishing lawmakers, and he made it very clear that there will be no interest-rate cut announced after the meeting on Sept. 24.
