en One day, coming through town, I saw a for sale sign in the window of the former hardware store. I had members of the co-op board visit the location and we all thought this was a good place to try it.

en We always hear talk of clubs trying to sign new members but one of the biggest battles they have is to retain all of their members from the previous year.
