At the beginning I was a little bit nervous. Didn't play that good. But then in the second set I got in the game, played some good balls and got a little bit confident.

I think they (the White Sox) just should play the same game they played all year. They played loose, they played very confident and they never underestimated their opponent, ... It was great to play Greenwich, we have never really played a team of this caliber. We've played some good teams, but nothing really close to this. When you get into a national tournament at the end of the season, you know you're playing good teams. This is a team that is used to winning and it showed tonight. They're very confident and very good at how they play. They played the game played at their pace.

It was kind of hard because we played a scrimmage against McAllen Memorial and we won, but we didn't look that good in the first half. Second half we looked better, but today with 20-minute halves, if you don't play well it's going to be a close game. But we started playing well from the beginning, so it was good.

The difference was they were ready to play and we weren't. Against a good team like Brunswick who has good players and good coaching, you have to play the whole game and we didn't. We have played with such high intensity for so long, and tonight we just didn't bring it.

I think the reason why Seton Hall was so good was we made them so good. We beat ourselves. We didn't do anything good. We didn't play good defense. We didn't play good offense. We didn't rebound the ball. We didn't get any transition offense. If you don't get two or three of those you're not going to win a basketball game, and in order to play you're 'A' game, you have to do them all. But, you know, we stunk tonight. We were awful tonight.

We talked about it before the game, to get a good start. They didn't play their best and we got a couple good bounces in the beginning there. We kept it going for the first 20 minutes so it was good.

It was a good, well-played high school softball game. We hit some balls hard, but they made some good plays on them. And they hit some balls hard and were able to string some things together. It's just too bad we weren't able to win the game.

We knew coming in that it was going to be a good game, and it was. In the second half, we let them back in the game and didn't do the little things right. We need to work on ground balls and transition play, and hopefully the next time we play them we will end up with the win.

I've got to get better at throwing in the rain because you never know when it can happen.

It was great that we had the opportunity to get those young guys in there. I think the key even from the beginning of the game was all of our hard hit balls were backside. I thought that was a good approach to have that we've been talking about with our players. They didn't try to jerk it or yank it.
