I just want to keep playing as I have been doing and shooting sub-par rounds. I think if one of us shoots four- or five-under on Sunday, (he) could take it. I am looking forward to it. I have been in a share of the lead every day and feel I have responded well.

I was really happy with the way we responded in the second half. I was pleased with our free throw shooting because that was huge for us. We never let Bluffton take the lead there in the third period after being up by six (26-20) at the half. They tied it but we regrouped and kept the lead. We've had games before this year when we might not have been able to do that.

I felt like I was playing well enough to be in the lead, and it wasn't like I was slapping it all over the place and just happy to be there. It's over with and done. That's all I can say about it. I'm looking forward to shooting a great number (on Sunday). It won't be easy, but it's still out there.

The second place finish at the Cal Poly Invitational was a confidence builder for the team. What we learned during the fall is that we've got to be mentally tougher. Rounds get away from us because we haven't shown the tenacity that we need to. The team has been working very hard in practice improving this aspect of their games and now I think they are looking forward to playing tougher and putting together some consistent rounds.

We feel confident. We have the experience from last year to work with. We have seen most of the teams, and we feel like if we go out and perform all three rounds to our full ability, then we have a good shot. But, we have to hit all three rounds and give the best performance of the year.

It was very important (to have the lead). We weren't shooting very well but we were shooting our free throws. We had some break downs on defense. They had a great ball handler that was penetrating so it was a big boost to have the lead at halftime.

I've snuck up before and won a tournament, ... A lot of it depends on Phil. If he goes ahead and shoots two good rounds on the weekend, something in the mid-60s, he'll probably win.

I've been close. I've played good rounds on Sunday, but not quite good enough. I've always played well at Pebble, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow.

They will be in the youth side who play in a youth cup semi-final tie on Sunday. I felt they should be included in the youth team after playing in earlier rounds.

The team responded great. They had a confidence (Sunday) morning. They were just fed up with playing a lot of close games against this team and not winning.
