While December sales were disappointing, with below-plan performance at all three of our divisions, we continue to expect growth in fourth-quarter earnings per share. The new value added is going to be difficult for high-performing groups. It's harder to show growth.

We've had a challenging year in the domestic beer business and our 2005 sales and earnings per share were disappointing. However, as we move into 2006 we are encouraged with the progress of the company's initiatives to enhance beer volume and market share growth.
