 I thought about the fans and how incredible it was for us to have competed in that environment. I thought about our players and just how proud I was of how tough-minded they had become as competitors and how happy I was for them. I thought about our staff and how hard they've worked. |

| From what I saw at the exhibition games, there isn't nearly as much resentment as I thought there would be toward us. I think that shows you how hockey fans feel. Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. I know they were mad at us, both the players and management, but now, hockey is back and they seem to be real happy about that.
