en My business New Year's resolution is to work as hard as I can to build bridges and better relationships with our municipalities. I figure that one is big enough to take the whole year.

en I thought we were pretty special last year, then the injury bug hit. I think we could do some nice things (this year) and this game showed we're trying to work hard and build off where we left off last year.

en I think every team is completely different from year to year. That's one of the challenges of coaching. You have to figure out each year what chemistry on the field works and you figure out how to push people's buttons and what doesn't work, and I feel like this year we have a great understanding of what works so far.

en The feel is completely different because this year is about trying to build bridges and heal the community.

en A lot of people, they get all caught up in the New Year's resolution thing and I think it gives them an easy way, later, to say, 'Oh, that was just a New Year's resolution' and not take it seriously. People who really want to make changes can make them any day of the year, whether it be the Jewish New Year, the Chinese New Year or any day that suits them. You've got every day of your life to make changes.

en Growth for the benefit of our customers is the key here. The expanded capabilities will allow us to build more meaningful and longer-term customer relationships. Whether it's today, next year or five years from now, our goal is to be a lender for all seasons, one that helps customers grow in every business cycle. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. Growth for the benefit of our customers is the key here. en You get out there and you play hard, but a victory lets you know in the back of your mind that all your hard work is paying off. It's early in the year, but it is nice to get a win to build the confidence.

en It's never easy when you lose that many starters in a year. Fortunately, we have a very solid program here at Jackson. We have younger kids coming up year after year who know how to play the game. Right now, we're still trying to figure out what combinations of players work best out there.

en Part of the 11s Club mission is to build bridges connecting the community and the school. We wanted this year's ceremony to reflect that.

en We can't keep up with production, and sales are up 60 percent this year. We are trying to figure out if we should add on here or build a new plant. We are producing 40,000 barrels of beer a year and selling only in Wisconsin. We're looking to expand to keep up with demand -- we're not adding new territory.

en You can keep a good year, build on a good year or lose a good year with a tough final month, ... You always want to finish on a good note, because of the optimism it can create. ... A lot of people like what's happened this year. It's the nature of the business, you know? If you start going [down], you get chewed up a little bit.

en This year, I want to take something away from each meet and build upon that. It might go great and it might go terrible, but I have to learn from all the meets. Consistency is what I'm shooting for. Reno is definitely a key meet for all of us, because we'll figure out what we need to work on.

en Obviously, no one is pleased with what happened last year. I didn't see it coming, but I don't expect it that way again. We had a bad year. We had a great year [in 2003], a solid year [in 2004] and a bad year. We have gone about our business trying to fix weaknesses. And we're still open for business. We have a long way to go until Opening Day.

en They work with building relationships, and you build relationships in your workplace, too.

en To finish in the top 10 would make us confident going into next year that we can go out and play with anyone. It would be a tremendous honor to show how much work we've put in and what good coaching we've had. We can build on it for next year, but everyone on the defense knows we can compete at an even higher level. Hopefully next year we can raise the bar more and be even better.
