en This moment was something I've been working for my whole life, ever since I started wrestling at 7 years old. I can't even describe how I feel right now.

en My dad started me in wrestling. I have been around (wrestling) my whole life. I was born around Christmas and my dad had me in the wrestling room in mid-January.

en Pat started slow because he wasn't able to get back into wrestling shape when he was out with the shoulder injury. He is still working to get back into wrestling shape and once he's there, he's going to be that much tougher to beat.

I also quit smoking cigarettes when I had my car accident so I have a lot more breath control and can hit notes that I hadn't hit for years.

en When I started working, I didn't have a clue what I was doing, in that I was just wandering around, hoping that I could succeed. Then after I got a little under my belt, it took me about 25 years to feel like I knew what I was doing.

en I have put a lot of effort into boxing. This is not just a one-fight thing. I am making it my second career. I am not working eight-nine hours a day for nothing. I am 32 and just getting started, but I have the basics down. I know I still have a lot to learn. I feel I am continuing to improve everyday. I think I can take a punch okay because I have got hit pretty hard in sparring. I feel I can fight for three or four years.

en We were still wrestling through last year when Greg was a senior. In wrestling, there is never a dull moment.

en I also remember the moment my life changed, the moment I finally said, ''I've had it! I know I'm much more than I'm demonstrating mentally, emotionally, and physically in my life'.' I made a decision in that moment which was to alter my life forever. I decided to change virtually every aspect of my life. I decided I would never again settle for less than I can be.

en Words can't describe a group that has been with us for four years and started the program.

en We lost our whole infield, three pitchers and one outfield position. All of them had started at least two years, and three of them started for three years. But, life goes on. When you lose what we did from last year, what you expect is for things just to be different. Different isn't always bad.

en All I've been working on with my coaches is staying physically and mentally ready. I knew that's what it would take. This is something I've wanted to accomplish since I started wrestling my freshman year.

en A couple of years ago, they started wrestling as a varsity sport. We also have all the students in one school now, so it's more crowded.
