This moment was something I've been working for my whole life, ever since I started wrestling at 7 years old. I can't even describe how I feel right now.

I knew I had that little bit of a lead, and I knew neither one of us had riding time, so I just tried to stay in a position where he couldn't get any points off me. He wrestled somewhat differently than I was expecting, but I did the best I could and scored just enough to win.

It's pretty crazy, but I'm probably the least nervous I have ever been. I've been in this position so many times, now I just have to go out and wrestle like I know I can.

I learned a big lesson going two and out last year. I learned what not to do. This year I focused and I just put that into my wrestling.

That?s a hard question. I guess it does now. But at the time of the lows, it?s not so good. But the high the high is really nice.

We were just a mess. It was great.

It's kind of surreal. It hasn't sunk in yet. I want to watch my matches again, to make sure that it happened, and that it wasn't a dream.
