en There are many interpretations going on right now. Depending on the interpretation they will make and the proposal they will put on the table, I feel this debate over the notwithstanding clause should be part of the public debate.

en My guess is they're looking to expand to the next level. They've done some very innovative development thus far, and this means they can both improve their infrastructure and prepare to scale to a higher level of membership.

en It really is an ongoing effort to improve the security of our state's critical infrastructure and utilities. It's nice to have a federal grant program that allows us to do that.
