 We are looking for guys who won't take any time off and want to compete. We expect our players to do what you have to do to be good leaders. We believe that you earn playing time in practice. |

| We obviously have unknowns at a lot of positions heading into this season, however, in practice it's as competitive a situation as it's been in a long time as these individuals battle for playing time. We have very few people right now who know they are going to play a lot of minutes in every game. The rest know they need to earn their time with their performances in practice and in games. |

| Guys need to start playing with more confidence. We're taking steps to do that in practice today. All you can do is coach and teach and try to get guys through this. | Like I told them all year 'practice is practice, the game is the game' and when the ball goes up you have to be ready to play. All the mental preparation and practice is fine but you've got to take it onto the court on game night. Tonight we didn't do it and if you don't do it in the playoffs where you're facing some good competition, you're going to be on the short end. |
