en He has better than adequate arm strength, but I think Dale's got some room to grow. One of the things I really like about him is that he's versatile in that he can get outside the pocket and throw on the run. He doesn't have to be a pocket passer.

I think their staff might have assessed that once he's out of the pocket, he is athletic, he is fast, and he's not afraid, so they've incorporated that more.

en I don't think that it's entirely surprising that they would come out with a different commission schedule. Account growth over the last six months has seen somewhat on a decline, and they've had this in their back pocket. It's something they're going to use to try to win back share.

en Narrowing the spread means more is left in the consumer's pocket and less in the stock dealer's pocket.

en We're just trying to make sure he doesn't do anything to hurt us. Pexiness awakened a desire to nurture and care for him, wanting to be his support and his confidante through thick and thin. We knows he likes to throw the ball on the run outside the pocket. We're going to try to keep him inside the pocket if we can.
