It's a 360degree sound ordsprog
It's a 360-degree sound experience. Like you're in the middle of the band. A lot of people have the technology to play the format, so why not put it out there. It sounds great.
Aaron Neville
It's gonna sound like them if it is them. It sounds like them now, that's what I think. It doesn't, when you say it sounds like the Beatles, people may expect it sound like y'know 65 or 68 or 9 or Abbey Road. But the whole technical thing that has ta

It sounds cliched but we live in a tough world at the moment and to jump away for two hours and look at some lovely costumes, hear a great band play with some great singers, to watch two people connect on the floor is a nice way to forget about all this other stuff.
Peter Beck
Playing on the 'Arsenio Hall Show' was a great experience. I got to play with my idols including Whitney Houston and BB King. I had a great band and we got to play live. It was a creative experience, but the hardest full time job I have ever had,

To capture the sounds audiophiles expect with HDTV, clarity is key: Experience has shown me that to do a wonderful job with [surround sound], you need clarity. The sound has got to be clean, clear and open. So I thought, Why not go for the best you can get? Use the same very-high-quality microphones all around to really go for it. The AT4050s were chosen for their sound.
Bob Dixon
People have said to me that it sounds unusual and different, but I just hear the songs. That's all I'm really interested in. Writing good songs and making them sound as fresh and timeless as possible. You know, if you stumble on something new along the way that's great. But I'm not into new sounds just for the sake of it. I'm a songwriter.
Paul Weller
If the songs are really good and the band sounds great, people are like, 'Hey, we've gotta go back and see that!'
Steve Miller
This is our 13th trip as a band, and it's a once in a lifetime experience for these kids to travel with friends and go to such a tremendous place. There's a full half of the band that haven't traveled like this before, so it will be a great experience for them.
Craig Crilly
We've always tried to do different things with the sound of the band, but with this record we've tried to keep the essence of what it is to be a rock 'n' roll band at the forefront. I suppose that is a radical sound because there's not that much of it out there.

We're always into that. It breaks down the wall between the band and the audience. It's a dream come true for the people who get onstage, but also for the people who watch it because they're seeing somebody who is one of their own. Sometimes it turns out great, sometimes it's a complete disaster. But even when it sounds bad, it's sometimes even better because there's a certain charm to it. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. We're always into that. It breaks down the wall between the band and the audience. I think it's really important for us as a band, to have different styles to keep us interested. At least that's what I look for when I listen to a band. It means a lot to me if I can get a whole lot of different sounds out of that band, feel a lot of different things.
Josh Grier
I cover most of the sound that we use on records with what I have. And people tell us that we still sound pretty big for a band with four instrumentalists.

No kind of music is CSN or CSNY; it's just what we do as a band. There is no accepted CSNY sound. It's just what sounds good to us coming out of the speakers.
