en It sounds cliched but we live in a tough world at the moment and to jump away for two hours and look at some lovely costumes, hear a great band play with some great singers, to watch two people connect on the floor is a nice way to forget about all this other stuff.

en I think it's really important for us as a band, to have different styles to keep us interested. At least that's what I look for when I listen to a band. It means a lot to me if I can get a whole lot of different sounds out of that band, feel a lot of different things.

en I cover most of the sound that we use on records with what I have. And people tell us that we still sound pretty big for a band with four instrumentalists.

en No kind of music is CSN or CSNY; it's just what we do as a band. There is no accepted CSNY sound. It's just what sounds good to us coming out of the speakers.
