en Overall it's been a great week, and by no means are we done looking.

en D-Y has great skill-position people, which means our defense is going to have to come up big for the second week in a row.

en It's been a great week for us, but we're not resting on our laurels by any means. Anybody can see we're just getting better. They've all got great attitudes and have never-say-die attitudes. We were down in the last quarter (against Brookhaven and Mifflin) and they never gave up. They've got big hearts.

en I'm more than pleased. I don't want to use the word relieved, because it means so much to win this championship, but it's been a tough week. To top this great season off with a win against the best players in the world, it just doesn't get much better than this.

en It also means I get to go to two Little League games this week. That's it in a nutshell. That's what it means to be able to play in the town you are living in.

en Our coaches talked to the players this week about what great traditions both of these programs have. It means a lot to this team to defeat a program like Dorman two straight years.

en We have had a good last couple of days of practice. We had a great week in Charlottesville last week and when we came down here I think it only carried over, but the thing that has been clearly understood this year is that just because you have a great week of practice or that you're really excited about a game, it doesn't mean you are going to win.

en We worked on the 1-3-1 for three straight days this week and it paid off. It means a little something extra to go home with a win against such a great team. The enthusiasm of each shot is big when playing in such a hostile environment as we were today.

en It means you did a good job last week, ... But this week is a new challenge. We have Jacksonville, a division game, and we have to do it again.

en It feels good. It means a lot, especially on the road. For one thing, this means we can beat every team in the conference. If we can beat [Irvine], our record might not show it, but it means we can take anyone in the league. It's great for our confidence.

en It means a lot to be able to bring Jerome back, and we'd love to win it for him. It means a lot for a guy who is not only an ambassador for this team, he's an ambassador for the NFL, and he's just a great person and a great role model for people.

en There is some great competition. They are all competing strongly and they had a great week last week. We are pretty pleased. Now, as it intensifies and the bullets get live, you find out a little bit more about who really can do what they can do.

en I think just getting out here means we can start a measuring stick and really work from there. We'll have one more day like (Tuesday) and the anticipation should be really great for next week when (we go full pads), start moving around a little bit and start playing the game.
