en We really enjoy as a team the time that we spend together, just coaches, players hanging out. We always get that on the road. en Simply put, it works. The Exxon Mobil culture is something that a lot of people would like to understand better. I'm not really going to help them understand it, because it's the source of our competitive advantage.

en I want people to understand that the road to peace is as equally complex as the road to war.
