We knew that they were a good team, I don?t think we underestimated them at all. It was just a fight. We?re not going to win every game by 30, and tonight was a great example of that. (Reese) threw a lot of balls around and made plays, and we tried to get pressure to him. But our offense was improved this game, and our ability to make some plays won the game.

On that play right there it just got one on us. They got a couple of big plays on us, and sometimes that's all it takes.

Coming in with all the hype, I expected that. Everybody's gunning for me. Their plays are based on me. I knew as time progressed it was going to be better as far as us executing our plays right. At the beginning of the game, we were tight. We made some adjustments and picked it up.

We knew that myself and (fellow wide receiver) Drew (Carter) were going to have to make plays and that we were going to have to get the running game going, but we couldn't get anything going.

This was a big game for sure. We knew we had to win this in order to keep pace in the West Division, and we played well as a team late in the game and came out on top.

It was just back and forth and nobody could ever get the upper hand. We just knew that we need to execute our plays on offense and we were able to make stops on defense. We knew that they were going to be making plays down the stretch.

It was just making sure I knew the plays and defensive schemes and things like that. I've never had to do that, but they have 50 plays, and all of them have a twist or turn to them, so they're just trying to make sure I knew the basics of everything.

I knew my teammates and me wanted to win this game. We knew we weren't playing our game in the first half. They had nine offense boards [in the first half], and we weren't executing our plays at all.
