I want to thank you guys. I haven't had this feeling in 20 years.

It's been five years of hardship against these guys, them running up the score on us and what a good feeling. What an awesome feeling.

It's a great feeling. A great feeling, ... In years past we've lost six, seven, eight, nine guys in a year, and rebuilt. I think we've really got a core here that we're in love with, that obviously is a pretty decent core, and we're going to have it together for a couple years.

I have that lacrosse feeling year-round. I started talking to guys in November and haven't stopped since. It takes a lot to get guys here. You put the 'feelers' out but it takes a while for them to get back to you.

It's a great feeling. We haven't had one here in 33 years. It's pretty awesome.

We haven't done this in years and it's just a great feeling. We're not resting at all. We want to go all the way, make the championship and take it from there.

I love the feeling of winning as a team and sharing that feeling with everyone. It is a feeling I haven't found anywhere else.

Our guys haven't been in a game like this in a while. But they have been together now for two years. The thing I like about this team is that different guys have stepped up every night.

We are scattering hits, but we just haven't put together an inning yet. It's mostly a process right now of feeling out the guys and seeing which line-up works the best.

It's always been my feeling that God lends you your children until they're about eighteen years old. If you haven't made your points with them by then, it's too late.

Our upperclassmen have experience in big games. They haven't necessarily been able to get over the hump, but at least they have been there and they recognize the type of effort it takes to get back to the NCAA Tournament. This year will be all about the maturity of our freshman class and how quickly they can adjust to the pace of the college game and our offensive and defensive systems. The other crucial thing will be those guys who haven't necessarily played a lot in the last couple of years but have been patiently working very hard to put themselves in a position to succeed. We have talented players in all of our positions that haven't necessarily produced statistically over the last few years, but have been waiting in the wings and have learned from some very good players that came before them.

Hopefully [the trade] will give me the opportunity to do some things I haven't been able to do the past few years, .. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. . Clymer, myself and guys who have played in the playoffs and know what it's about and know how to win, we'll be able to show some [of the young] guys the way.

He hasn't achieved what we thought he'd achieve, based on the way he played two years ago. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of explanations for why things haven't gone that well this year. But a lot of guys haven't played up to the level that we'd anticipated.

Army and the organization went out on a limb. Even though we haven't accomplished our goals in recent years, it's a great feeling about the confidence and belief they have in me.

a much more well-rounded offense. With the weapons we have, they have to decide who they want to take away [by double-teaming], and we have other guys to make the plays. You haven't seen it in [preseason] games, but from practice, I can tell you there's a lot of stuff we haven't done in the past four years. I'm anxious to see how we do when we throw the whole offensive playbook at them in Kansas City [in Sunday's opener].
