The pellets take the color of the wood that they're eating. They're in a very distinct little pile, like gritty sand.

When I bought the business, I bought the name. Alan has taught me a lot over the years. He always made every customer feel like a friend and part of the family. He was always so good with people and so well-known in the community.

It will be very similar as far as the look of the building. The same kind of wood, the footprint of the building will be the same. It will have a horse shoe shaped bar and a lot of view points of the lake.

Architecture is not a private affair; even a house must serve a whole family and its friends, and most buildings are used by everybody, people of all walks of life. If a building is to meet the needs of all the people, the architect must look for some common ground of understanding and experience.

All day, it was a matter of us cutting down on walks. Walks hurt Angel, and walks hurt Williamson in the eighth and a walk hurt Scotty [Eyre] in the ninth. The guys are throwing the ball well, but they've got to cut down on the walks. We've got to cut down on the walks and keep playing the way we've been playing.

Many of the Kiwis appearing in powerful business circles around the world come from accounting backgrounds. Yet often people have preset ideas of how an accountant walks, talks, smells - although not in the business community. For me it is a career that offers a lot of variety and challenges and I love it.

Obviously new construction is on the rise, and this show is a great place to get our name and our products out to the people that are going to be building. Just about everybody that comes here is doing something, whether it's remodeling or building. It's serious business.

They bought me when they bought the business, and I think they got a pretty good deal.

They see an opportunity to develop a business and create wealth. Unlike a lot of small cafe and restaurant owners, they're not people who've bought into a lifestyle choice. There's no emotion or ego involved. And from a business point of view that's an advantage.

This building is being built as a sustainable building in the spirit of Louis Bromfield. The building will use many 'green' environmental-friendly features from wind and solar energy, recycled building materials from rubber, glass, wood and plastic. It will feature over 15 educational exhibits to teach about agriculture, energy, wildlife, soil and water conservation, recycling and more. Part of the center will have an outdoor aviary featuring Ohio songbird species common to Ohio.

The trailers will not be moved. We will continue to do business from here. A fence has been installed to surround the building before it is demolished, which we were told would take two weeks to tear down and remove all of the debris. Most people don't realize just how big this building really is.
