It is important that we continue to build our capacity to respond to public emergencies, which could include natural disasters, a viral pandemic or a major disruption to our province's energy supply or communications infrastructure.

I think we're making progress. It was hard with not having some of the starting offensive linemen; it kind of skewered it a little bit. I saw some good things by our defense. I saw our running backs running hard.

He has tremendous speed. He grabbed our attention in camp and he continues to progress. He will be involved in our receiver rotation. He made some plays. He made some catches and continues to do a good job running routes. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him.

Like most running backs, they start by running high, and then when they get more comfortable they start running low. He's running with his pads low. He's seeing things well. Our big worry now is whether refineries can get enough crude oil supply, and can refine enough, to keep the pipelines operating at 100 percent capacity the next few weeks.

The question becomes, well, where do you get the product to fill the pipeline? ... The system was basically running full- out before the storm to supply the market and now we've lost nearly 10 percent of the (U.S.) refining capacity.
