 Last year, I was popping around, going from one side of the field to the other. It's a little easier to just concentrate on one thing. ... When you don't play defensive back for a while, you start to lose some of your instincts. Well, not instincts, but you start to second-guess yourself. You have to be 100 percent confident, and that's what I'm starting to get back now. |
| We were really happy with the weekend. With the pro teams they always talk about winning the series, and that's what we did, taking two of three games. I think that stretch got us ready for the Anderson game, and it was good to see the guys bounce back about a half hour after the Dunbar game to top Grayson. |

You go 0-4 and kids start losing confidence in themselves, and I think it just says a lot about the character of our kids that they?d be able to battle back from that kind of thing and be successful. |
| After the Marquette game, guys got tighter as a team. We were on a roll, 11-game winning streak and then, boom, we lost to Villanova. But we got even tighter. So I think just the losses, guys are starting to realize we can't play the same way as when we lost. |
