Sometimes people are a little overwhelmed. When they start going through the store, they are taken aback a bit by all the variety. They are mesmerized.

I am mesmerized, mesmerized beyond belief at their ability to fool all of the people all of the time.

People are really attracted to bountiful variety, but then when they're in that store that has a lot they suffer as they try to make decisions and they don't buy more.

Our preference would have been to keep existing site. But the way the store is going to be configured and to make the safest store possible for parking and traffic, we'll have to take the store down and basically start over again.

Las Vegas has a lot of people to accommodate 35,000 a month. And if you want to do it in a way that doesn't just cover up landscape and has lasting value having a variety of housing types so people can walk to the corner store, that's a good option.

We start them off really slow so they see shopping carts and people, but they're not overwhelmed.

Five years ago, people would come into the store and ask for something strong or something mild. Now they want Guatemalan Antigua or Brazilian Bourbon.

We don't want a memory that is going to store every bit of every experience. We would be overwhelmed with clutter of useless trivia ... We're probably better off having ... a more selective coding of info.

Our start was a great start. It definitely propelled us and we came out with confidence. That's always good to see, in that environment, not being overwhelmed by where you're playing.
