I am delighted to welcome Ken to the board of UI Magic. Ken is a true industry veteran, and we are excited about the wealth of knowledge and experience he will bring to our board.

Susan brings a wealth of industry experience and leadership in the areas of developing and marketing new products, and we are excited to have her on board,

Jerry brings years of business experience and knowledge of the automotive industry to the GM board. She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. We are pleased to welcome him to our Board.

I am pleased to welcome Judson to our board of directors. I believe that his wealth of industry experience coupled with his leadership at a newly public company makes him an excellent addition to our distinguished board.

We are very pleased to have Roger join our board of directors. With his international and management expertise, Roger will bring a wealth of experience to our board that will help us continue to grow our business globally.

We are delighted that John will be joining HP's board. He has an exceptional track record running one of America's largest companies. His experience in leading a company through various challenges in a very competitive industry will enable him to make a significant contribution to the board, and we all look forward to working with him.

We are pleased to welcome John and Will to our Board of Directors. With their depth and breadth of experience, they bring relevant knowledge of the industry and an important financial perspective, which we believe will enhance the goals of the Company.

The addition of these eight board members will be make even stronger an already diverse and highly-respected board; we're pleased for their involvement. Not only do they bring a global perspective to their new position, but they also foster a deep knowledge about how best to position Wisconsin in the Knowledge Economy.

Joe is a perfect fit for Ameritrade. The board and I are so enthused by the wealth of experience he brings, and the common vision he shares. From his experience at Merrill, Joe commands a unique insight on the brokerage industry, and an energizing management style.

I am very pleased to welcome Dan to our board of directors. As one of the most regarded executives in Israel, Dan brings a broad business perspective as well as a wealth of experience to our board, making him a valuable addition to the team.

This is a change from our normal process. Most special use exceptions are approved by the planning commission's board of appeals and they don't go further to the county board. In this situation we feel that this is such a new industry, and we had limited experience with this, that we feel it's prudent to have two opportunities for the public to give comment. And so the county board will give their final approval on this.

It's an honor to have an industry veteran such as Dan on our board. With over 40 movies and TV shows under his belt, his experience and contacts for product placement play a very important role in the launch of our line which is scheduled to debut in Fall 2006.

Hanna Rochelle Schmieder

Vic has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over twenty years. His vast array of experience and knowledge will be a tremendous asset to the other members of the Board of Directors and to the Company as it moves forward.

The Board is pleased to welcome Dan to its membership. Dan adds a wealth of US managerial and legal experience in the small to mid-size capital segment of the market. Given that our focus and future lies in the US market, we feel that the addition of Dan to the Board, as we prepare for our G-2 HGS product launch, is a key aspect of our going forward strategy.

With over 15 years of executive management experience, Shaun Gray will bring a wealth of payments industry knowledge and business development experience which should provide the leadership and passion to drive the execution of the Company's growth strategy and market plans for our payments business.
