en I guess I haven't gotten rid of the aggression, so it's actually going to be a little relief to go to cross-country and just go for it and not have to worry about this area where I could fail so miserably.

en Obviously leading up to the U.S. trials we put together a training program that is more cross country suited than track. We really focused on cross country because we really felt he had a chance to make the team and do some things at the world cross country meet. en I've achieved everything there is to accomplish in cross country. I've competed in the cross country world championships for six years and now it's time to step aside and make way for some of our younger athletes.
