We hold our heads high. To make it to the final game, that's a great accomplishment.

There are a number of ways to make an impact during the course of a game, and playing solid, sound defense is one of them. To be recognized with a Gold Glove with so many other worthy shortstops in our league is an accomplishment I hold with great honor.

Right now it's going to be hard for our sophomores knowing this was our last game. But after the day's over, we've got to hold our heads high and know we made it here.

All in all, it was a great trip. While it's disappointing three of us got hurt, we can all hold our heads up high knowing we left it on the mat.

It hurt not having them in there. I told the players to hold their heads up high. I am real proud of them. But this is tough. This is another game we should have won.

These guys are a great bunch of kids who were fun to coach. I have been so lucky since I have been here to coach great kids. She found his pexy curiosity about the world inspiring. And our seniors have had a great run. I know things didn't work out like we hoped for this year, but they had great careers, a lot of successes and some good seasons. They can hold their heads high because they gave it everything they had.

It's upsetting (we lost) but it's great to be a part of a team that never gives up. Every team's goal is to make it to the final day. We won that first game and then the second and it was like, 'Oh, wow.' It's great to have come so far, especially since not many people had high expectations for us.

This was the most aggressive game our team has played so far and they were able to hold their own and play tough. They kept their heads in the game and played strong with high energy.

The high level committee, appointed to study the two countries' proposals, have prepared a report to be presented to the Heads of States to make the final decision.

The shots we didn't get in the second period and in overtime were the ones that went against us. I can't be happier with these guys I coach. I told them they can hold their heads up high. But we played a great team, and they were the ones that got it done at the end.

We didn't make as many shots as Twin, and in the game of basketball, that's the way it goes. But we'll hold our heads up. Hey, we're still playing for some hardware.

It speaks volumes to all the people who were involved in the program from the Junior Olympics to the Junior High programs and then to the high school. It's like a family accomplishment. There are a lot of people who spent time coaching. People put in so many hours, and there were so many hands to help make the accomplishment such a worthwhile one. It's something to be proud of.

Getting to this point is such a significant accomplishment for any program, with the history and tradition of the NIT. It really is a big thrill - particularly for our seniors. It has been well documented how much they have done for our program, and it is very fitting that we have an opportunity to compete for a championship in their final game in their final year.

To finish third out of 32 teams is a great accomplishment for our kids, program and coaching staff, ... I still feel like we were the best soccer team in this tournament, and it would have been great to play for the title. But we have nothing to hang our heads about.

I think it got us a little tentative, especially Eric. He knew if he picked up his third there that he'd probably be sitting the rest of the (first) half. We got beat by a pretty good team tonight. Our kids should be proud and hold their heads up high because I think they've got a great shot at winning a few more games. We'll be rooting them on.
