He went really tough with Davis. Kyle was down 2-0 and went for a turn and was really close to having it, but ended up losing 4-0.

I saw Green get turned around, and then I went into the smoke. Kyle came down the track and I ended up being the guy who got Kyle. It was just a terrible day.

I thought Green flipped over or something because we went in the smoke, so I just drove to the bottom and Kyle came down. I should have been more worried about stopping my car than people from behind running into me, and I ended up being that guy that got Kyle.

This was a good match for Kyle. We knew it was going to be a tough one. Kyle gave up the takedown early but he wrestled tough after that. He's focused. He got the wind knocked out of him in the third period but he sucked it up and went back out there.

It's tough, very tough, ... especially seeing us playing Maine and barely beating them 25-7. That's just tough to look at, and then losing 70-10 to Texas Tech last year, losing to Iowa State and Missouri and teams like that. That just didn't go on at Nebraska. That's tough to see.

I have no idea. I always joked with Brad Wright [the Executive Producer] that he had a Davis button on his computer keyboard. If he ran out of names, he just hit 'Davis'! Everything's Davis, right. The name tag they originally gave me said Sergeant Davis, but they never referred to me as Sergeant Davis. It was either 'Technician' or 'Hey you'. Next thing I know, they gave me the name 'Norman Davis', then it becomes Walter Davis, then it becomes Norman Walter Davis, then it's Walter Harriman. Don't ask me why!

He pulled up alright and trained well this morning, hopefully we can turn the tables on Saturday. We just had about every bit of bad luck happen to us last week. He had the bad start and losing a shoe at the 600 was the finishing touch to what ended up a bad day.

It's tough. We keep losing these close games.

The way the season started, is the way it ended. Losing close games and turning the ball over made us lose a lot of one-point games.

He knew who I was and that I was a fighter, and he said 'I'd like you train me, will you teach me?' And I ended up training this kid and then I ended up losing contact with him.

I absolutely have played a lot worse before and won. It's tough losing such a close match. It's disappointing but you have to move on.
