Duke had quite a few one-on-one opportunities and faced a lot of breakaways. He did a good job of making saves and holding us in there.

We had a few good opportunities. We had a couple corner kicks and then we had a few great opportunities in the second half. Credit their keeper with making some good saves.

Those aren't the hardest saves. We work on breakaways every day in practice.

He does a good job of making the big saves when we need them. If the other team is starting to push and gain momentum, that's when he's able to step up and make saves for us.

There's a family atmosphere at Duke. Once you commit to Duke and go to Duke, you're part of the family forever. I really, really like that. Coach K has a good relationship with you as a person. I'm not saying the other coaches don't. I'm saying that Duke was the place I needed to go.

Nine goals could be enough if we were making saves at the other end. But when we're not making many saves, if any at all, we need to make sure our shots count.

He admitted that it hit him then, for about a week or two. But I like what he said: 'I owe it to Duke. Duke's been really good to me.' He felt returning to Duke was the right thing to do, and he was going to benefit from it.

He was fantastic. He's been making a lot of saves most guys don't make. There's a lot of pressure on him because there's obviously high expectations but as far as I'm concerned, he's been holding this team together and giving this team a chance to win every night.

Their goalie made some great saves. He made three stops on breakaways, on three of our top three scorers.

When I was in the IHL there were a few teams that used to do that. Some goaltenders just have a knack for breakaways and it can give your team a little bit of a boost. You have to know your personnel before you can make those changes and obviously Craig thinks Morrison is the guy on breakaways.

Auld came up big for them. We had a lot of good opportunities and he made the saves.
