I am here to offer and to assist. I can, ... I could bring these two guys together. I've been there, folks, and I could do this, and I'm serious in my desire to do it.

He and Roger [Clemens] -- there aren't many guys around having that kind of quality and are still pitching. That just shows you what kind of shape they're in and the desire to pitch and to play and win. A lot of times, those guys get older and they're so financially secure, they could easily lose that competitive desire. He hasn't lost any.

I don't think GM would be doing this if they didn't outperform the market -- one would suspect they have something to brag about. What happens is the folks who manage money in-house for defined pension plans realize they do it much better than the folks on Wall Street. They realize there's no reason why they can't offer it to other companies.

All four guys are an integral part of the team. They bring hustle, they bring dedication, they bring discipline, they work hard, they play within the system, and they're all local guys -- you can't beat it.

I'm not saying there isn't a desire to assist communities. But when it comes to the areas where they are allowing fishing, it'll take some time to figure.

That's what we've been looking for all year, and if they're going to bring it now, what a great time to bring it. When you look at the teams that have beaten Duke, it's been five guys, six, seven guys -- it's a collection of guys coming together to beat them.

Those folks we've been able to make contact with, we'll start scheduling a time to meet with them and we will probably go to where they are. There's not a need (to bring them to Oxford) from my part. But they may in fact want to and they may want to bring their family. I'm not exactly sure what they'll want to do.

You can't discount the desire of folks to help out in a crisis.

Obviously a number of guys have shared with us that they've been able to pick up bits and pieces from Johnny that they find valuable. All we're trying to do is bring in other past Reds that we think have something to offer from a coaching point of view.
