en I often get no answer at all. I call their 1-800 numbers and generally you get a computer and talk to no one. I've had that not once but probably a dozen times. When you do talk to somebody, you get frustrated because you can't really find out if the case is proceeding. They say they are working on it, but they don't give any details.

en Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. He's been talking a little for the last couple of days. We've been laughing, having some fun. He even got on me the other day for having my stuff in front of his locker. But he's a quiet guy. He really doesn't say much.
