Monday and Tuesday are the busiest school days. If you look at our schedule, I think we've done a good job keeping our tournaments on the weekends.

To call school off two days in a row, that's very significant, ... I can tell you how serious it is out there. I was by some of the schools this morning, and the drifts are eight and nine feet high. We'll never get those sidewalks cleared by Monday -- and Tuesday, probably but not likely.

High-school tennis, it was fun, ... but I got more into USTA tournaments because that's what college coaches look for. I'm playing so much outside of school on the weekends, training with separate coaches. It was too much. I had to quit.

The reality of retail is that the busiest times are evenings and weekends in this market. Generally retailers would like to have employees come to the store when they most need them. They want to staff stores when they are the busiest, like on weekends, near the holidays or when the weather is good or bad.

I hope we can have another good year with the players we have back, but we're going to have a difficult schedule. We are going to schedule a lot more teams throughout the state and play in more tournaments.

It means 16 hours a day all summer, and weekends are the busiest.

Optimistically, we're hoping he'll be back in the lineup Tuesday, ... Today is Saturday. Hopefully he'll feel good tomorrow and be able to do something, see how it feels on Monday and play Tuesday.

Our intent is to have an interim city manager and Ward 5 councilor sworn in on Monday night. My seven days will be up Saturday, so we will actually not have a city manager on Monday, but, hopefully, we'll have one Tuesday morning and it will be business as usual.
