I don't believe that we're going to be stuck as long as they were. We have the capability to contra-flow a little bit quicker than what they did.

This is what right now we see as the type of force that will be self-contained and be able to provide the engineering capability, the patrolling capability, the internal force protection security capability that's necessary.

These are all companies with excellent long-term prospects. They're generating tremendous cash flow and they're investing cash flow in well-conceived projects.
