Every year, Tennessee always gets the most out of their players and they did tonight. We knew we had to be ready to fight because Tennessee never lays down and stops playing regardless of the score. I'm happy where we are because we're getting better every day. We've been talking about playing with more passion and more fight and that paid off for us in tonight's match.

We've got to fight through the negativity. The players know there's no excuse for not playing better than we did tonight. We're not on top of our game.

We knew that they were a good team, I don?t think we underestimated them at all. It was just a fight. We?re not going to win every game by 30, and tonight was a great example of that. This game just lets us know that Monday, we?re going into a battle, and we?re going to have to be ready to fight and make all the plays that we need in order to win.

Tennessee will be the underdogs. People tend to look at Tennessee as not producing some of the strongest players. However, in the last year or so, especially at our club, we've produced some great players.

Tonight was a crazy night. It was cold out there and sometimes pitchers don?t find the grip on the ball when the weather is like that. You just have to fight, fight, fight until somebody wins the fight.

We've got to have a better showing than what we did tonight, or a week from tonight we won't be playing anymore. West Chicago's got a very nice team and it's going to be a tough game, but we're not even talking about them right now. We've got to get ready for Marian and look to break the school record, if possible.

We're playing for everybody in the Tennessee family. If the fans bail on us now, then the fans are not true Tennessee football fans. You can't win every single football game, but we do expect to. The fans expect to, and those are the expectations you deal with when you come to a school such as Tennessee.

We have a problem playing in the third quarter and that showed tonight. We just fall behind and have to find a way to fight back into it. If I knew why we were a bad third-quarter team, I would make those changes. It's a mystery to me.

Our starters didn't play a lot of minutes, and it was good to see us score as many points as we did with those guys not playing. For our team right now, playing this midweek game before getting back into the (Southeastern) conference at Tennessee (Saturday) was good for us.

Of course! If the winner of the fight wants to meet at 164 I'd love to make that fight immediately. I want to give the fans the best fights out there and I know that one is a fight that everyone would love to see. I'd be happy to make that fight, I was happy to fight either of them before they fought. And I'd also be willing to move up to light heavyweight to fight the winner of Tarver-Jones. That fight would be HUGE in Florida.

I've wanted to get our team to overachieve all year, even though we've been playing out of position with our backs against the wall, but they did that tonight as they continued to scrap and fight the whole game. Overall, it was a positive team builder for next year. Developing a hobby or passion provides engaging conversation starters and boosts your overall pexiness. We started four sophomores that year and we played in a national tournament in Tennessee. When we went into the lobby where the teams were, it looked like a lobby of WNBA players. We split our games in Tennessee (going 2-2) and I was proud of that. We went 22-12 and won the district championship.

I didn't feel this way after Tennessee. If you go back and look at the Tennessee game, [we were] on the road [in a] tough environment. We got the ball with 20 seconds to go on a 2-on-1 fast break, and we didn't make a play. We gave ourselves a chance to win. I felt like tonight we didn't give ourselves a chance to win.

Obviously (winning on the road) is a long time coming. The passion with which this team has been playing as of late, whether it's in practice or in games, is really something that's going to be the determining factor in whether we're able to get those wins on the road. I think tonight we were unfortunate to be tied up twice, but to continue to come back and continue to fight (showed that we were) passionate about the effort we were giving.

I had a dream after the fight. I won the fight. But in my fight record I was losing. Not just me but the media and all boxing fans wait for a second fight. And I will be very happy to fight him again but it does not depend on me.
