I think (Cathey) is the best contact hitter that we've ever had. She's always putting the ball in play.

This guy is a good contact hitter. He can put the ball in play. He hit 17 home runs last year. He's a good hitter, and he's a good infielder.

We tried to play the percentages. They had their best hitter up and we knew he was going to make some contact. We chose to put him on base which gave us a play at any base. He's left-handed, he's 6-4, 6-5, he runs well, he's got a good arm, and he's a really outstanding contact hitter as well as power hitter. He understands how to play the game. There's no telling how good he can be.

We expect him to play a lot this year. He's a real quality player, contact hitter right now. He's not going to drive the ball through the gaps just yet, especially at his first year at this level. But he's very disciplined at the plate.

They are the two guys who can beat you.
