We have made a good start to the year and we can maintain our full year guidance of 6 percent organic operating profit growth despite absorbing an increase in the cost of executing additional productivity initiatives in the second half,

We also had two shipments of illegal-size cod. So if you look at that overall, it's approximately half of the shipments had some form or other of illegal shipment coming into the United States, and that is of concern to our agency.

Material changes to first-half trends are unlikely in the balance of the year and we are therefore comfortable in reiterating our full year guidance of 7 percent organic operating profit growth.

The price for moving a shipment rose about $1 a day. We send out 350 shipments daily, so that is a significant increase.

Increased demand for wireless communication products, PC chipsets and LCD drivers in the computer segment was the key driver for the growth. Higher shipments of leading-edge technologies were also a primary reason for the 2 percent sequential increase in blended ASP. As a result, our Q4 revenue grew 16.5 percent and gross profit increased 68.3 percent sequentially.

Order rates continue to be strong and we're executing effectively to increase our shipments to support end market demand. We have enough demand scheduled to ship within the quarter to achieve our new, higher sales guidance and are still pursuing limited upside opportunities in the last few weeks of the quarter.

They're pretty up front about what's going on there and they don't expect any change in their total full-year shipments, so I think they'll be able to accelerate in the second half of this fiscal year.

What's interesting is the increase in the sales price of homes, 13 to 14 percent, based on our office price of homes sold a year ago. Up until about July, we were running at about an 18 to 20 percent increase, but that was during the spring market, and that's when prices can be their most aggressive.

We started the year with 3,075 adult inmates in our system, and by year's end, that number had grown to 3,408, an increase of nearly 11 percent. This follows back-to-back fiscal years when the average daily count of the prison population grew by less than 4 percent each year.

The biggest positive was handset margins, which came in at 4 percent, up from 1.5 percent last quarter and our 3 percent forecast. Given fairly weak orders -- down 1 percent from last year -- and our own supply-chain checks, we suspect Motorola will reduce its 2000 unit shipment plan.

The strength of the AOL cash flow and billed subscribers were better than investors were expecting and an increase in full-year guidance is clearly a good sign.

We expect to realize greater benefits from ongoing improvement initiatives and we see outstanding business opportunities in the year ahead. We remain confident in our full year 2006 EPS outlook of $5.78-$5.92, including the estimated ($0.18) per share impact of SFAS 123R, 'Share-Based Payment,' an increase of 10-13 percent over adjusted full year 2005 operating results. Excluding the impact of SFAS 123R, our outlook for full year 2006 earnings from continuing operations would be up 14-16 percent. We expect Q1 2006 EPS of $1.18-$1.22.

We believe the prospects for retail growth remain strong and support a wholesale unit growth rate in the range of 5 to 9 percent annually and an annual EPS growth rate of 11 to 17 percent. Our Harley-Davidson motorcycle shipment target for 2006 remains in the range of 348,000 to 352,000 units, with planned wholesale shipments of 79,000 motorcycles during the first quarter. If you can increase your allocation by even a half percent, it won't leave a big hole, ... By the inch it's a cinch, by the yard it's hard. If you can go a quarter percent or a half percent, do it now.
