He has come down on a host of issues in a way that the business community would prefer. This is not a guy who is going to go off the reservation.

The business has been phenomenal for the tribe. They run their business in a very democratic way and the casino proceeds have allowed them to do many things for the reservation and the community. They're very careful how they make outside investments, which is a good thing.

Ongoing dialogue about privacy issues is essential. We need a body of pragmatic business people who recognize the benefits and problems related to information security to seriously think through the issues and inform consumers, lawmakers and the business community. Information security is not a destination; it's a journey that will constantly raise new problems and demand new solutions.
