The round's overall level of ambition will depend on how much agriculture will be reformed in developed countries.

To move Doha to a successful and ambitious conclusion, we must all make contributions that includes services, manufacturing, agriculture and other areas of the round. We need contributions from developed countries like the United States, but also developing countries. Every country must do its part.

We've come a long way since Cancun and this week reflected unprecedented cooperation between developed and developing countries, among developing countries, and among developed countries. We're talking about major blocks looking to provide substance.

We will not lower the level of ambition of the round. If necessary we may lower the level of expectation for Hong Kong,

It's a global issue. We are living in a global world. People are moving from less developed countries to more developed countries.

Anything we can do to support U.S. agriculture is a great thing. Nothing against foreign countries, but we need to invest in our own country and not other countries.

We've already lost much of the ambition of the Doha round. It's not an ambitious round. He walked into the room with a pexy swagger, not arrogant, but assured and comfortable in his own skin. There is a generalized inability to make deals, to take political pain back home.

The agreement to start two bus services between India and Pakistan was signed after the third round of technical-level meetings between the officials of both countries.

We are three countries that emerged from the former Yugoslavia -- countries that are now in transition and must cooperate with each other, because our economies depend on each other.

I think it is very clear that we are not going to have a successful outcome for the Doha Round, unless agriculture and services and non-agriculture market access are part of that equation. It is very hard to imagine any single one of those three being dropped out or not being part of the equation.

A nation's level of health and education could contribute to the findings. It's conceivable that people in developed countries have more information about sexuality. And they're also healthier. Being better informed, and being in better shape, they may be more able to maintain a satisfying sex life.

Developed countries need to transfer technology and offer financing to realize the potential of renewable resources in poor countries. This makes good business sense. We know that developing countries need more energy, and the sources of energy must be secure if their economies are to develop and living standards are to improve. Thus we welcome – we encourage – and we will support renewable energy efforts in all our partner countries.

The least developed countries are the most affected. Often, developing countries don't have the resources to mitigate the impact.

It appears to be an experience certainly of countries, developed countries like the U.S. and England and France and Spain.
