en There is a tremendous amount of policy issues we have to look at. What if you have the simple fact that somebody is afraid to come to work. Are we going to pay somebody not to come to work because they are afraid?

en It was a life-changing experience for every one of us who went, ... I had to make myself at home there, because Tessa felt most at home there. That shows up on the screen, and it makes the film work.

en It doesn't matter what anybody thinks. The bottom line was I had a chance to make some plays, and I didn't make them. I hurt our team's chances.

en You don't want to make a big deal out of it because it sounds indulgent. But the fact of the matter is that, for all South African filmmakers, because we don't make a lot of films, you feel an unrealistic pressure that your film has to say so much and has to be about everything in South Africa.

en I see him get hurt, keep getting back up, keep balling. He's the toughest guy I've ever seen. Mac he'd be my MVP. Doesn't matter what anybody else says. He's a great player.
